"I came to them in 2022 , at first I thought they did a great service . Until I realized they forgot to put the badging on my suburban. The female employee at the time tried to argue and say it never existed. Thankfully, I took photos and proved it had all the trim Despite the severe rear damage and proved She was wrong. Before I left, I had asked if they had checked the rear spare tire. The employee assured me, Despite lying to me the first time I took her word on it(my mistake). Two years later, after needing to use the spare tire, I come to find out, Despite them removing essentially the rear of the vehicle all they did was put yellow tape on it( As confirmed by Another caliber collision). After going to my documents to see if it was mentioned. It was not even looked at based on the paperwork"
