We also appreciated them communicating with us often and giving updates on progress. We will definitely go to them again for any future custom work!"

"I had made an Appointment with a gentleman named Guillermo to see how I can fix my leave Springs who is very nice on the phone. I got there and even though I had an appointment, he told me that they are busy in the shop and it will be about at least an hour waiting. They checked under the car and he said he would write me an estimate. Out of courtesy, I went outside, and I tipped, the worker that checked my car. I was surprised to be asked to pay $200 diagnostic fees which I had no idea and it was never mentioned during our communication via the phone, or via WhatsApp. I felt odd but I paid the $200 using my credit card, the young man had the audacity to ask me for an additional $14 tax. I gave him $20 and I said to him to get himself a cup of coffee with the difference. I left the shower feeling funny, especially after realize he jacked up the parts prices by at least 30%. Our cursory, I want to let the owner knows what is going on with my experience. Another person called me back, and when I ask him, are you the owner, he hesitated, make it sound like he is, which I don’t think he is. His demeanor was rude, disrespectful, and argumentative, nevertheless, sarcastic. I believe if he was, indeed, the owner, he would say something like he sorry, and asked me to come back and will make things right. I am so glad. I kind of saw this behavior before I really give them my car. Unfortunately for them, they were referred to me but their next-door, what I did my rims by a very nice man called Jimmy. I am so glad I experienced this rudeness before I give them my car, the $220 was a cheap price to save myself from thousands of dollar that I would had spent on the car. There are many shops around where I live, Pompano Beach area, where I can have my car fixed, I thought I’ll give Jimmy‘s neighbor the business. Maybe they are good in what they doing, but I don’t like the nonnecessary expensive parts, and the customer service, my suggestion is to get clear about the prices, and the diagnostics, and get it writing"

Now in construction needing a pickup I chose the Gladiator and Dalto shop gave me the opportunity to meet my dream. Mauro, the owner gives respectable prices in this crazy market but Delivers. "If your looking for respectful and reliable customer service I would keep looking and not spend your money here! Based off the comments this is not the first time and clearly they bride people who leave negative comments to better their reviews. I came in on 19OCT2022 to see if this place can install a kit on my MYP. There was a worker sitting at the front desk on the phone for over 30Minutes which is unusual but I patiently waited until he finished. I then ask do they install lip spoilers kits on Tesla’s he gave me a very weird/funny looked and hesitated to say yes or no like if he didn’t believe I genuinely owned one. He then says yes and ask for a picture while I was getting the picture out my phone he walks off and get another gentleman who was present in the shop the entire time lol. He returns back to he seat and get on the phone and starts talking in “Spanish” with another customer about a their Tesla. If I can leave zero stars I would. This place has horrible customer service and is very discriminatory! I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone especially if your African American! So sad truly lost business today for discriminating and horrible customer service!"
