"They called the morning of my appointment to confirm and emphasized for me to be on time, which I was, but was left waiting for 16 minutes. No apologies for the inconvenience was given. Service itself was not that great. It was my first time and I won’t be returning."
"This place was good before but now it’s so expensive. I got my eyebrows done and the total price for threading and eyebrow tint which lasts 2 weeks was $55, if you go to the mall you can get them threaded for $13 and they’re very good. Eyelash extensions don’t last very long. Lashes come off within the next 2-3 days and they’re expensive as well. While you’re getting your lashes/other services done the ladies gossip with each other about the owner and the other employees who work there. Very unprofessional. The owners child is also there during the afternoon running around inside the spa which is not only unprofessional but also very annoying having to hear a child run around and scream while you’re trying to relax getting a service done. Very expensive and not worth it."

"I have been to this place two times now and I can simply say is the best place to get your eyebrows done. The place is extremely clean and the staff is very professional! The person that did my eyebrows both times has been Hegel she is amazing my eyebrows already look so much better then before. I will defiantly keep going back."
