I contacted the store directly and had a pleasure to deal with Ryan Block. Turns out it was miscommunication with third party. Ryan made sure that my chandelier in stock at the vendor and even honored sale price from my original purchase, he was super quick with invoice and shipping updates, my chandelier was on the way the very next day after our conversation and week later - today it was delivered.
