"Awful experience! Again they don't ever close when they say they do I went here on Thursday says they close at 8 that's b.s I got there at 7 shop was locked,closed and with no one in sight. I went to the other nearby store gins and they said that pearls closes at 7:30 I explained to them I was there at 7 and I got a "uhhh idk then" Pearls is completely unprofessional not to mention they never have change I'm literally never given my change back. Awful company,barely speak English, and no customer care. They don't even have reliable times."
"They have good stuff but unprofessional when it comes to the signs they're schedule says they're open on Sundays but they aren't so don't waste ur time it took me 5 times calling just to be told they're closed. If ur closes on Sunday it shouldn't say open on Sundays online and have the times showing they're open on the door when they are not"
