"I have the monthly plan (for the past year) and customer service has been excellent and accommodating and massage therapist Tammy is superb. I have been to many massage therapists over the years in different places I have lived and I can't say enough about Tammy's knowledge of the human body and skill at stopping & releasing my back spasms and increasing my range of motion in my neck, back and shoulders. (I had 2 back surgeries years ago that didn't heal well) The rooms are quiet and always clean, staff is always friendly and the bonus is you can come in everyday and use the hydroluxe machine (which is awesome) for free for 15 minutes."

"Seems like a hit or miss at this location. David is good and Alex as well. They took there time and made the massage thorough with full strong strokes. They asked what areas need more attention and stayed until after the massage for water and a gracious goodbye. Linda-(AM 12/21) & Maribel-(AM 12/21) on the other hand felt very rushed and not present at all. Maribel had ear buds in the whole massage so I heard most of her hispanic beats playlist. (VERY distracting during a massage). I also mentioned this to receptionist and was left wondering if the feedback actually was heard but it was okay on that end. I'll be giving this location another try but preferably with male therapists moving forward. If there's another miss, I'll have to cancel my subscription."

"I had my first massage at this location today and had a great experience! The front desk staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and time efficient. Deiler was my masseuse and he did great. I only removed a star because I added hot stones to my treatment with the thought that they would be used for the duration of the treatment (my mistake for assuming), but they were only used for a few minutes on my back. Overall, a great experience and I’ll be back :)"

"First time here and had an okay experience. My massage therapist was friendly and did a good job. However I wasn't able to actually enjoy and relax into the treatment due to the sheer noise coming from the hallway and office on the other side of the wall to my treatment room. The office staff were SO loud, I could hear their full conversations with each other, with other guests and a scanning noise like at a grocery store check out line from inside the room the entire treatment. Disappointed in the atmosphere as a massage should be relaxing and this was not due to the office staff loud/disruptive nature."
