"If you're looking for good service this isn't your place. I went to make a return for a $29 wrench set and CJ barely said 2 words to me. The staff isn't friendly at all. No one was rude but customer service definitely isn't a priority. I can see why the parking lot was completely empty when I arrived. I won't be back here again."

"Definitely not the best service and area. There’s always a bunch of people there just hanging out, they eyeball you from the time you pull in, to the time you leave the store. Definitely not a welcoming feeling. The staff, Carlson was very cool and helped me out but that’s all I can positively say about my experience here. Never again."
