"Bed was amazingly comfortable and maybe my favorite linens at any hotel ever. Service was consistently great across the board, zero complaints there. Mini bar was actually decently priced! Took off a star because we are Marriott Ambassador Members but were told we were not eligible for a free upgrade (we had already booked one of the more expensive rooms), despite the hotel being almost empty. When I say almost empty it was to the point that on one day there was literally not a SINGLE OTHER PERSON at either pool (they have a family pool and an adults only pool) for about 3 hours while we were there. Took off a second star because no coolers or music allowed on the beach. A lot of rules for a place that is so expensive."
