"I am a loyal customer to Elysee. Getting a mani pedi monthly with my preferred technician - Holly. I was very disappointed this time as there was a miscommunication with my appointment that I set 5 days ahead. I arrived and the front desk stated they could not find my appointment. My usual technician could not take me due to the error the person at the desk made. They rambled to find another technician. I asked for a regular pedi and the manager was apologizing to me and stated “ I will provide you with the bath salts and paraffin wax”. To my understanding, it meant the extra bath salts and wax were free. Well to my surprise, I get the bill of $50. I asked them to explain this breakdown and they tell me extra $10 for salts & wax which made no sense…. I should have just paid a regular price of $ 40 if not even they should have comped this entire inconvenience. I am very disappointed with my experience that could have really been turned around with the proper customer service."

The staff asked if I wanted something to drink, I declined but they still brought me water & some nuts to snack on which I found endearing. Quality people that deliver quality work. Very good energy!
