"My experience with this shipper was absolutely fantastic, I would like to start out with the shipping office. Everyone was professional, answered all the questions, and assigned me a door right away... Now, I have never experienced being loaded like I did today. When I look out my side mirror, I notice all these forklifts (like 10 of them). lol I thought something was wrong, but they were all in line with a pallet to put in my trailer... I was so amazed at this process and very impressed with the organization of their loading model that it really should be implemented at all shipper and receiver.... I was told that if it's more than one truck, then when the forklift driver is done, help the next guy... I love it because WE have some place to be.. If I can give this place 10 stars, I would... know that..10 stars I had to come back to get reworked, and I received the same treatment from when I was loaded the first time....no cussing and fussing. Just let's get you going as soon as we know what to take off.. 10 stars.... I would certainly come back.. To my fellow drivers, you do need your trailer license plate number... FYI, if you're not under the same trailer all the time... Happy travels and be safe.."
"Had an exceptional experience at Dimare Fresh Warehouse. I arrived early at 12:30, and despite the scheduled loading time of 1pm, they started at 1:20. The speed and precision were astonishing – by 1:33, the entire loading process was completed. I took a proactive step to check the count and order of the load at the dock, and everything was spot on. Alberto, the manager, and the team deserve special recognition for their efficiency. I expressed my amazement, and Alberto simply requested a review. Kudos to the team at Dimare Fresh Warehouse for their outstanding work. If you're looking for a quick and reliable loading experience, this is the place to go."
