"My story stars back in October when I was involved in a hit and run in my brand new truck. I went straight to my insurance company where they pointed me in the direction of caliber Collison. After 3 months of dealing with caliber, the fact that they would never answer calls, never finish estimates, and overall horrible experience. I decided enough of the bs with caliber I was told about paint Lux. After speaking to paint Lux on day one. I was able to get my claim moved over and had my inspection the first week. By the end of the second week all paperwork was finished and I had a repair drop off date. Staff was helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I dropped my truck off and working 2 1/2 weeks my truck was finished. Not only that it was certified repaired, not pieced together like other body shops. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. When I would call they would answer, they tell me the status of my repairs. On top of that they detailed my truck before I picked it up. I highly recommend this business to anyone."
