"These folks are crooks and prejudice Christine is the biggest lier and crook! They hired us to do work for their company to do their showroom after given direct instruction to tear down a ceiling fixture the own came and Christine lied and said she never told use to take it down! I’m military I know how to follow orders so she let us go and didn’t pay us what was owed! They are crooks and no one should deal with them! Their products are over priced and inferior in quality go to Haverty’s or Baer you will not get screwed!"

"There are plenty of stores where you can purchase costal decor but this is Not one of the,. Everything is overpriced and the owner Christine, tried to tell me if I bought a $3000 plus item she would exchange a small priced item purchase for that. She is good at bullying customers and likes to talk at you instead of to you. I would caution anyone from purchasing anything at Our Boat House.."
"My experience with Our Boat House has been unequivocally the worst I have ever experienced. After months of shipping delays the bed I ordered arrived severely damaged. Numerous attempts to contact the company went unanswered. The one time I spoke to someone, they said the bed was scheduled to be picked up. Nobody called. Nobody showed up. It has been weeks of stress and drama. Do not order from this company. They have no standards, no customer service, and absolutely do not stand by their products. I am not entirely sure it isn’t a scam. It is the most disappointing shopping experience I have ever had. Please learn from my miserable experience and save yourself the headache, the expense and the trouble!"
