"Natalia is the best! I went in for Morpheus 8 and I wanted her to do it after I saw how detail oriented and knowledgeable she was at a previous visit. My instincts from going to aesthetic clinics in multiple cities over the last decade were right! I had Morpheus 8 done before and this experience was so much better. It was virtually painless, she applied a great numbing cream, really massaged in it (which was also relaxing), and makes sure you wait until the time that is needed and you feel it working. She really listened to me when I explained my goals and she explained/ educated about realistic expectations. She also paid close attention to the settings in regards to the areas of the face/neck she was treating. Another thing that impressed me was how friendly and professional the other staff were. The secretary greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel comfortable, and I was not there to see Dr. Freeley but he still came in to ask me how I was doing and made sure I was okay. After looking for a medical spa in the SWFL area for the past 2 years I have finally found a place I will continue to go back to."

She performed an anti-aging facial involving power derming, high frequency, dermaplaning and skin scaler along with a deep cleaning and lots of hydration. She allowed me a peaceful facial yet informed me of procedures at appropriate times. Natalia was so nice and I loved the results. "I LOVE this place. I’ve been to quite a few med spas, and NVOB is the best. I’ve had both Lumecca and Morpheus done with Natalia, and I’ve had the best experience. So easy and painless. I went into Morpheus expecting a lot of pain from what I’ve seen online, but it was so easy! She prescribed me a topical numbing cream to put on an hour prior to my appointment, and I barely felt a thing. Most areas I didn’t feel anything at all. She’s very knowledgeable about what strengths and depths to use where. I felt very safe. I’m so excited for my next rounds of both procedures."
