"The service here should be the gold standard for every pharmacy that cares about their patients. There are several pharmacies closer to my house, but I get my prescriptions here because the staff is so helpful and so kind. I take multiple medications, so I've interacted with most of the staff at some point. I have never had a bad experience. The pharmacists, the techs - they're all amazing at a time when customer service is suffering everywhere else. I'm so grateful for their patience (I ask a lot of questions) and their solution-oriented approach has saved me a lot of stress when I have trouble with my insurance holding up a refill. I'd give 10 stars if I could!"

"Been told a pick up date to arrive to pick up medication only to be told that's not my pick up date 8 times Including on my birthday when I was to be going out of town causing me to have to cancel plans and ticket. Now claims to have problems verifying prescription through doctor And instead of contacting doctor or myself they wait till I try to pick them up thinking they are ready to inform me of the problem For me to have to play phone tag with one and then the other now for about 3 hours with still no result. They are concerned for patience runs about as deep as their fake smiles And the pleasure they get in the authority they have in their job."
