"I never write negative reviews but after this experience and my sisters experience I had too. My friend bought me a massage for Christma, I have literally never had one so I was really excited especially since the reviews are so good. Scheduling was a bit complicated because it took her a day to get back with her availability but when I took longer than she liked to respond she kept rushing me in text. The day I show up the door was locked at the time of appointment I texted her no response, I decided to wait outside she was running behind with another client fine no big deal, my appointment gets started probably 10 mins late. She was literally texting during the majority of my appointment and even used my leg as a phone stand at one point. I was out of my appointment in my car 50 mins after I showed up even though my appointment started late and I was scheduled for an hour. I still tipped even though it really wasn’t deserved but I assumed she was just having an off day. I had no intention of writing any review until my sister told me after the fact her husband also coincidentally purchased her a massage for Christmas she was supposed to have a 90 minute massage. She also had the same issues with scheduling, the day of her appointment comes she showed up late, wasn’t responsive to my sisters messages and quite literally fell asleep while giving my sister a massage multiple times. She even ended her massage because “her hands were tired and needed a break”. She only a 20 minute massage, she made no offer to refund reschedule anything. I’m actually so confused how she has so many good reviews until you actually read them and one of them mentions she’s her family member. Thankfully for myself and my sister we are fortunate enough to just consider it a loss and never go back but for those who save up money to have a little luxury like this go elsewhere professionalism is lacking entirely."
