"Great customer service! I went the week before for an oil change, the person who was performing the service left the oil gasket lose. I had oil all over my garage floor so i went back to check what was going on. Thank God for Nelson! His team found the issue, fixed it and gave me a free oil change. "Went in for an oil change during labor day weekend. The actual service was fine but I had issues with the way Nelson treated me. As a person who isn't too familiar with all of the details about oil changes, I obviously prompted Nelson for information about the various oils. He rudely replied to all of my questions and then as he walked away, he shook his head at me....Definitely not the way anyone wants to be treated for asking simple questions about oil changes. His attitude was awful and I'll have to go to Pep Boys or somewhere else where employees can treat customers with basic respect."
