"Called to get a quote for home insurance. Jennifer requested additional information and said she would be in touch. She did not call me back, instead called my realtor and asked our realtor to call us to tell us that we would need to be under contract with a new roof to obtain insurance. Who is purchasing insurance? Me? Or my realtor? Very unprofessional behavior. I also didn’t tell her who my realtor was, so I’m not sure how she managed to figure this out without breaching some kind of privacy law. I’m sure the Florida State Office of Insurance Regulation would be interested to hear about how Jennifer handles ( or doesn’t handle) her customer relations. I found insurance through another provider and they didn’t have any of the same requirements and they also didn’t call my realtor (like a middle school child would) to ask my realtor to call me and tell about what would be needed to be insured. Save your time and go somewhere else."

"Went with All Florida off a recommendation from our realtor. Coverage began 8/2019 when we moved to FL, renewal came around and there was a large increase. Called to get new quotes. Jennifer did get the premium down. Renewal for 2012, received notice from our mortgage company of the payment being made in June for an August renewal. The rate went up by close to $1000. When I call to question it her response was it is what it is. That was not an acceptable response. So I started shopping. Secured new coverage a month before your renewal date. As of today, Jennifer had not canceled out renewal. So our escrow account has paid two home owners policies and now does not have the funds to cover our real-estate tax payment in a month or so. Needless to say Jennifer with All Florida Insurance was not professional at all and the customer service is below par. She hung up on me today. When I tried to call back right after she would not answer the phone. Two attempts were made to call her back to get the rest of my questions answered. No answer."
