"When i went to write a review, I was astounded by the negative reviews. We had a terrific outcome of our pool remodel. I am not sure if I even believe all of what I'm seeing here. We had our deck completly resurfaced with new tile inlay. No cracking, chipping, discoloration. It all looks perfect."

"EDIT EDIT: The owner seems to respond to all low-star reviews by accusing the reviewer of lying. I'm sure that's not some kind of projection or anything. EDIT: The owner's barely-adequate understanding of how TDD/TTY works is nearly accurate. However, they fail to realize that TTY requires an additional human to read what the hearing impaired user types and type what the "normally"-hearing person says back. The technology is antiquated and few hearing impaired people use it because of its privacy-compromising aspects. They usually ask a friend or family member to call for them because so many of them hate it. Only a few percent of hearing impaired people in this country even own a device like that anymore. To better serve the hearing-impaired, Comfort Ride could get an email address. Also, it's definitely the same company because I can smell the smug from owner, who I don't think realizes that there are forms of hearing impairments other than mechanical hearing loss. Which is kind of an indictment of a transportation company intended to serve the vulnerable and disabled. Or an indictment of how the abled world trivializes disability, even when intended to serve disabled people. Or both. Comfort Ride is completely incapable of handling questions from hearing impaired people. And it's functionally impossible for a hearing impaired person to contact them, let alone schedule a ride."

"I’m a 70 year old disabled person with a medical mobility scooter and a service dog. Two and a half years ago I moved to Central Florida to live with my daughter and her family. I don’t drive and my daughter doesn’t have a scooter lift on her vehicle so it was very difficult for me to get to Orlando for doctor appointments, trips to the Magic Kingdom, etc. Quite by accident I found Comfort Ride Transportation while looking for transportation to the Magic Kingdom. I called and Mike, the owner, was very kind and helpful. I explained my rather unique situation and he found the perfect driver for me. Ever since then, no matter when I need special transportation or where I’m going, Mike makes sure I’m taken care of. For someone like me that’s a godsend. I highly recommend Comfort Ride Transportation to anyone who needs special transportation."
