"We've been using East Colonial Auto for over 10 years and couldn't recommend this family run business enough. From deep scratch repairs to some pretty serious bodywork, Mike and his team have taken great care to fix all the mishaps our vehicle have encountered over they years. Each visit and subsequent repair has been without fuss or drama. The results have always been faultless! In a world where so many other car "professionals" all seem to be working an angle, or are looking to sucker you with some kind of "bait and switch" tactic it is reassuring to deal with a family team you can trust. They operates in a traditional way with a straight forward fair estimate you can rely upon, and then deliver the job pretty much on the day they say it will be finished. "Took my car to East Colonial Auto Body & Paint for repairs to a badly damaged front fender and quarter panel. Within 10 minutes of my arrival, I received an estimate for repairs, which was considerably less expensive than a second estimate I had received. I scheduled my appointment for the following Monday to drop it off. At 9:00 a.m. on Monday I dropped off the car (they were prepared for it), and was told it would be ready by Thursday at noon. On Thursday at 10:00 a.m., the shop called to let me know the car was done early and ready for pick up. The pick-up/ payment process took 5 minutes. Most importantly, I was 100% satisfied with the quality of the work. The car looked brand new. The damage was repaired and paint job was outstanding. Honestly, I can't believe how perfect it looks. The professionalism and communication was absolutely first rate. I will recommend this place to everyone I know who needs a body shop."
