"If you paid for the lifetime warranty alignment and you go in to have your alignment done and need to use the benefits you paid for make sure you ask for a print out of your alignment. I went there last month , they had told me they had done the alignment and rotated my tires. My car was still not aligned and my tires weren’t even rotated per my request they also didn’t tell me that per their policy they leave better tires in the back even though my car is a front wheel drive. Thank goodness I have friends that are mechanics that were able to check my car and went with me to get this corrected."
"Dominic the service writer was very cordial and thorough. He explained all of the costs. It was very busy but he took time to talk with me. He even returned my call the next day when I had a question about the repair. The mechanic worked on my car beyond closing hours to get the job done. The right axle was replaced and now the car runs great. Great experience. I would recommend Pep Boys on East Colonial very highly. Thanks."
