"I've been here a handful of times. There have been times I love my nails and others I dislike them. Today, I didn't like them. Technician was very nice and she did take her time but I was still not pleased with the result. The top of my nails look lumpy. Even though I kept saying squoval shape she went with oval and even then I feel like her oval is very shaky. Some of the nail folds and cuticle hurt and burn when I wash my hands. Apparently their prices have gone up too so I paid $113 for an express pedicure (no massage), with french gel. And long french dip nails. Not to mention tips for both the hand technician and the foot technician. I find that quite pricey for an express pedicure and poor looking nails that I had to come home and file down myself to make them looks presentable. However, I would recommend Nensie, Debbie or David for manicures. Tracy did my pedicure today and she was great. I will probably not be visiting this place again."

"Receptionist was so sweet and friendly. However the nail tech I got butchered my thumb. She ripped the skin by cutting too short, not only that but she just let me bleed, not cleaning it off and put an acrylic over top of the dried blood? I didn't understand that. On top of that she was not apologetic in the least and actually chuckled a little like it was funny. 2 days later and I'm still hurting. Pretty place, friendly receptionist but did not like that the nail lady was rough, didn't clean up my cut, and not apologetic. There are plenty of nail ladies there however and looked like they did a good job so I'm giving 2 stars. Won't be back myself however."
