"We went to the Ellenton Outlet store for Kay Jewelers in search of a Diamond Anniversary ring. We are about to celebrate our 61st wedding anniversary and I hoped to find the perfect ring to memorialize this special occasion. We had looked online at various stores but could not find anything close to what I was looking for and th reviews about these various ‘online stores’ were not good. So we decided to go to the Kay’s outlet in Ellenton. The Ellenton Outlet store saved us last year when we needed a very special bracelet for our Granddaughter’s college graduation. And they had exactly what we were in search of. The correct size and metal preference not to mention the beautiful diamonds. That is why we visited there today and as luck would have it …..we found the perfect ring at the perfect price ! With the help of Mary Ann (sales associate) we looked at many options and just as we were about to give up she took us to see a few more. And there it was. She answered every question about the lab grown Diamond ring we were considering. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and although we were ‘just looking’ ……. I went home wearing that incredibly lovely Diamond anniversary ring. I would highly recommend the Kay’s Outlet Store in Ellenton and find myself more than happy with the service and attention Mary Ann afforded us. We also purchased the ‘extended warranty coverage’ and I am profoundly happy we did. "The Ellenton Kay's Outlet, and particularly Maryanne of this location saved the day. I ordered these pearl earrings through Kay's Outlet online. I was very excited for them to come in. When they arrived they had just been tossed into a box and shipped. The chains were knotted so badly that I really thought I was going to have to send them out on a warranty repair immediately after getting them. I reached out to the Customer care text service...the agent was the opposite of helpful...they were unhelpful. The agent asked what my issue was and for the item number, then told me that,..."the best option is for you to return the item for a refund and then repurchase the item"...I brought up that the item was covered by a warranty-the agent said it would take weeks to get the item fixed. I then asked how to return the item and the agent told me that I would need to find an outlet location or mail the item back at my own expense...this line was enough for me to give up on the chat agent and call the Ellenton Outlet location. Maryanne was Immediately helpful and reassuring. She told me that she would personally attempt to separate my earrings and that if she couldn't, we would send it out for repair. While in the store, Maryanne fixed my earrings , cleaned a pair I hand not been able to clean, and helped me find THE perfect gift for my mentor. Maryanne was a joy to shop with and the rest of the staff were very sweet. You can tell that they are a good team. Even though this location is on the opposite coast from where I live, I have found my new Kay's home. I highly recommend this location for selection and superior customer service."

"After Christmas my other surprised me with a promise ring from Kay Outlet. I was there but not knowing what he had picked out I was surprised when he presented the promise to me. Thought maybe necklace or a bracelet and sure enough was a ring. We have been seeing each other a year now but knew each other awhile now through our working career. My late husband had passed away in 2022. I was so shocked that never again I thought I would be promised anything again after a 20 year plus relationship.
