"Let me say this: I have never been to other car dealership that they care about customers than the Jaguar. For them, there is No black no white no blue no pink customer. They treat everyone with kindness and respect. Mr. Louis at the service department is an amazing person. He said to me that “ If it’s a Jaguar, then it’s ours. So we got you” in my mind and after all I have seen in the car, I was so sure that I would spend $5k to get it back in its feet. But guess what? I spend only $300. Because what they told me at the repair shop is not what jaguar sees as expert."
