"We went to the auto care center here and you have what look like 6 (mechanics) all doing 1 oil change. The other 2 standing around. Meanwhile it's 4 vehicles waiting for service. No one greets you or ask can they help you. My husband was told we had to wait in line to get our tires put on. He asked how long and was told get in line. My problem is there is no customer service and how many people do it take to do an oil change? This place need to be shut down."
"This place is horrible! I had an appointment at 7am to replace my tires, I came 650am, waited until 720am there's nobody here who can give you information, a guy said there's no manager, there's no workers, he doesn't know if the guy who install tires is coming to work today. There's no respect for customer. Never coming back!"
"I’m honestly upset that I can’t give them no stars. Not only did they show up 30 mins late but they also had absolutely no customer service to offer and they just take their time with everything, no routine and no professionalism . Then after patiently waiting at the check out counter after getting a text saying our car is ready… a cashier finally shows up 35 mins later - and then she says she doesn’t even know how to use the computer. It’s sad that this is the behavior you have to deal with now a days !"
"Great and very prefessional Auto Care Center, good and friendly customers service some of the rock stars to definitely give a shout out to and if you need to go totally recommend to ask for are Jordan service manager and Fitzroy. 5min away from Florida Mall. 20-25min from Downtown Orlando."
