"I went to this location because it is close to my residence. Usually I travel to Maitland to get my nails done but was giving this place a shot in hopes to not have to do that any longer. Needless to say I will continue going to Maitland. I will break down my issues in sections. 1.) Eden Nails states it is a luxury nail spa When you enter there is an older gentleman with an unkind disposition to “greet” you. You are not offered a beverage. ( Water, soda, or wine) The nail polish being used is old ( past expiration date) and in an Un spreadable gooey like consistency. Nail brush is also matted or flared when coming out of the nail polish bottle. 2.) The tech that did my pedicure was very kind, but the gentleman who did my full set was unskilled, rushed, missed steps, and rough on my hands. ( Pulling and moving my hands aggressively) 3.) When my nails were completed the next day two were cracked and one was broken. I came back in order for the 3 nails to be fixed. The nails were not removed and redone with a better technique. Rather acrylic was placed over the already damaged and cracked nail and painted over. Upside is that I didn’t have to pay for the second attempt at fixing my nails. It has now been three days after getting my nails “fixed” and 4 nails are cracked while one is split horizontally and is very painful. 3 out of 4 of these nails were the ones previously “fixed” by the gentleman. I will continue going to my nail place in Maitland as the technicians on this side of town do not seem efficiently equipped to open and own a nail business with quality work."

"Walked in at 3:00 on a Saturday for a fill and had no wait. The place was very peaceful, clean, and bright, and had plenty of colors to choose from. The gentleman who did my nails did a beautiful job! They’re running a grand opening 20% off sale, so it was very affordable; even without the discount it was reasonably priced. Overall a great experience, will definitely be back!"
