"$$$$ They will Over Charge you !! I ordered off of the menu . The $48 pedicure! The technician was still in training. When I paid my bill it was $70.04 . For 1 pedicure that was advertised for $48. I don’t have a problem with someone still learning doing my nails. I even gave her a cash tip . What I’m upset about is that I was charged $22.04 more an that didn’t include a tip ."

"I got a full set and a couple days after one nail broke. I called and made an appointment to get it fixed. The lady was rude the entire time, gave attitude the entire 5 minutes. She made the one nail completely different and then proceeded to tell me to leave after I politely asked if she could please make the nail match the rest. Thankfully the manager came and applied the chrome correctly but failed to fix the shape to match and the nail still didn’t match the rest. I paid $10 for one nail that looked nothing like the other ones and was treated poorly just because I didn’t know the process of how the lady who wasn’t there did them. The nail is way longer than the other ones. She was a bit demanding also. I tried glancing at the nail because it looked way different and she immediately demanded I place it back in the machine. I will never go back there again. I never deserved that. Customers pay so much and we don’t deserve that. The lady treated me with disrespect and I was respectful and nice the entire time."

"So I'm not picky with my nails, but when I do get them done, I want them to look good and I want the person doing them to be friendly and care about what they do. I got just that! My nail tech was Lin and she had such great customer service. She was happy and gentle, she cared about her work, she took her time and she asked me how I liked them as she did them to ensure I was happy! I told her I didn't want them so thick like my last set was, and she made sure, multiple times to check that they were how I wanted. So satisfied ☺️ the atmosphere was uplifting and bright. "I was recommended to this nail salon and nail tech by a friend. I been coming here since September of 2020. I am very pleased with his service. My nail tech Carlos is amazing, friendly and professional. He does my nails for me and I am never disappointed. He does a phenomenal job always. My nails be all even, not too much acrylic on them, and whatever design I show he’s right on point with it. I always get compliments on them and I refer them to my boy Carlos. As for my eyebrows I have had a hard time finding someone but here I found a great person that takes her time, is friendly and does a great job and for the second time has done a fantastic job, her name is Lin. I definitely recommend her as well. You won’t be disappointed. Cosmos always got Vote. Friendly atmosphere!!"
