"I recently visited Las Brisas Car Wash, hoping for a seamless car cleaning experience. While the establishment appears to have a good system in place for customers, my visit was marred by the unprofessional behavior of one particular employee. This employee, who sported 200 airpods and a plethora of chains around their neck, was assigned the role of a vacuum assistant. After paying $18 for a car wash, I expected a basic level of service, which included cleaning the interior of my vehicle. However, when I requested that the employee remove some trash from the car floor, I was met with a dismissive response. He stated that his job description only included vacuuming the interior and suggested I remove the trash myself if I wanted it gone. I reluctantly agreed, but what disappointed me even more was that none of the other employees took the initiative to assist me, even though they saw the situation unfold. I decided to escalate the issue and spoke to the manager, who acted surprised but offered nothing more than a simple apology. This incident left me frustrated and disappointed, as I realized that this was not an isolated occurrence. Several friends had shared similar experiences with Las Brisas Car Wash, which begs the question of why well-intentioned businesses like this fail. Miami is brimming with alternative car wash options staffed by individuals who genuinely want to work and provide excellent service. If employees are not willing to put in the effort, they should not be in the service industry. Regrettably, I will not be returning to Las Brisas Car Wash, and I encourage others to explore the many alternative choices available in the area where their business is appreciated."

"As always the side of the driver is clean correctly and the passenger side is left dirty. I have not spoken to any manager I have been coming to Las Brisas for years to do my oil change and sometimes I do the car wash. I wish I tool a picture but literally the driver side of the car windshield was perfectly clean and the passenger side was dirty and spotted. But you can see for yourself there is some guys working really hard and some just slacking off."

"Been coming here for 13 years and all of the sudden the price increased and they no longer shine your tires and they do a subpar job cleaning your car. More concerned about churn and burn than quality work. Time for a new car wash spot"

"I have been coming here for years even with my previous cars, but the last time I went for an oil change, I was told by the guy changing my oil that my oil valve is leaking. I quickly went to a mechanic they referred me to in SW 3rd Street & 22nd Avenue and was told it was going to be a hefty expense. I decided to go to another mechanic to hear another quote, and was only charged $55 for the fix all because the valve was left slightly open from the last time my oil was changed! My motor was covered with oil and thankfully nothing was damaged before I realized. Seems like the oil changers are doing a partnership with the mechanics and perhaps get a cut from the damages they do to some of these cars. Please make sure to ask if everything was sealed TIGHTLY and secure before leaving the premises. I saved myself from a hefty expense but don’t want others to go through what I went through."
