"Beware of getting ripped off/ over charged on everything. Almost $100 for a simple oil change for my small Nissan. I’ve never paid more than $60 in my life. And on top of that they were going to charge an extra $40 just to rotate my tires. Again, never paid more than an additional $10 for that as well. And all the other places I’ve went were also Nissan, not any other place. So very surprised another Nissan place can charge very different prices than the other Nissan locations I’ve been. Never coming back to this location again. Miami is really full of greed & this place is no exception."

"Terrible Experience - Avoid this Place at All Costs! I strongly advise against choosing this place for any car-related services. I took my car in to fix a noise in the steering and opted for a complete car maintenance. To my horror, they charged me an exorbitant amount of money, and a week later, I had to return because the car wouldn't start. They kindly replaced the battery, assuring me everything was fine after the hefty sum I spent. However, right after leaving the workshop, a yellow engine signal appeared on my screen. I went back, and they claimed it was a car computer issue, promptly removing the signal. Three weeks later, the car wouldn't start again. Upon returning, they informed me that a computer diagnosis would cost an additional $200. I refused because, frankly, if you pay a fortune for a complete car maintenance that includes part replacements, you shouldn't face problems. My car is from 2019, has never been in an accident, and has low mileage. In essence, the car wouldn't start again. The battery worked, but there was an ongoing engine issue. Frustrated, I took it to another workshop, only to discover a radiator problem that the previous technicians failed to detect. They charged me a fortune for a so-called "complete checkup" but neglected even the basic fluid checks. I'll never bring any vehicle to this place again—a disaster, a waste of time, and a constant fear that they'll further damage your car to keep you coming back."
