"I came to Mike’s for a second opinion on my 2020 M340i. Went to get set of new tires and an alignment at another shop. They told me that my steering knuckle was out of spec to the point it needed replacement to perform an alignment. Mike’s did an inspection of the suspension and everything looked kosher to them. They did the alignment and showed me the before/after readout. Everything within spec. What could have been a costly, unnecessary repair, was avoided by the good guys at Mike’s. I’ve been going to mikes since 2012. It’s always been a good experience and would recommend to anyone who owns BMW."
