"I have a very good feeling about Miami Benz and their team. Yesterday was my first experience with service and time will tell but I plan to return as future service needs arise. Beside the fact that MB provided a thorough explanation and detailed quote of what to expect, they were ready for the vehicle at the time scheduled and the vehicle was ready when promised, with no surprises. As many people know, that alone is commendable in the Miami auto service market. Also very important to me, the shop itself is very clean and well organized, including the office. To me that is a representation of how they treat vehicles as well.
