"I visited this establishment to have my spark plugs changed due to a misfiring issue with my car. Unfortunately, the technician neglected to test the coils and check for codes on the ECU. Despite replacing the spark plugs, the misfiring persisted. The entire process took nearly an hour and a half. When I inquired about the diagnostic code, I was informed that the ECU had not been scanned initially. Subsequently, it was discovered that a coil needed replacement, requiring the work to be redone. I raised the issue with the supervisor, who agreed not to charge additional labor fees since the mistake originated from their technician. Although I appreciated the good customer service, the ordeal extended my stay at the establishment to nearly four hours. Had the technician performed the necessary diagnostics correctly, I would have been on my way two hours earlier. Consequently, instead of a five-star rating, I'm inclined to give four stars."

"The salesperson was very educated and really patient with me. I’m an older person and he was very helpful they should hire more young guys like Mateo best worker from this jiffy lube location so far. I left really happy and had a great day thanks to his smile and the way he treated me. And he recommended me a few things that were wrong with my car, and I wanted to take care of everything but unfortunately, I didn’t have the full money, so he helped me choose which services were the most important ones not caring about the prices. Really happy with this employee"
