"Please don’t go here … they are scams…they do not do good business….they had my car a month for a fuel pump job and the car lot connected to them want you still to pay your monthly payment while your car in there mechanic shop…save yourself the headache don’t go to splish splash at all they are scams … trust me this a big lesson in life"

"Took about 3 hours for an oil change.. when the lady in the front desk told me 1 hour or less. I was referred by splish splash but I will not be returning to this mechanic. Very unprofessional, when I came back after an hour the woman informed me that they were just now starting on my car after an hour of waiting because they didn’t have the oil filter (which they did not tell me in the beginning) she had told me the oil filter had arrived, then I wait another hour just for her to say she made a mistake and they still are waiting for the oil filter. Never in my life have I waited this long for an oil change. Even when other shops were super busy I’ve understood & it’s at max an hour. This shop wasn’t even busy, all the mechanics are walking around doing nothing, smoking vapes, and driving the clients cars with no respect. I watched a mechanic drive fast in the shop just to slam on the breaks... worst experience at a shop ever."
