"Disappointing Customer Service Experience Ford Kendall I wanted to share my recent experience at Ford Kendall and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. I encountered misinformation regarding a warranty inquiry, and when I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was informed that none were available. The incorrect responses and the lack of a supervisor or someone capable of addressing my concerns created a negative image of the dealership. As a customer, I expect accurate information and the availability of responsible staff members. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in customer service at Ford Kendall to ensure a more positive experience for customers in the future."

"Do not recommend it for service. I had an appointment at 10 am, and once I arrived, I was informed to stay next to my vehicle, and someone would be with me shortly. 20 minutes passed, and no one came. I asked again, and they said someone would be with you shortly. After an additional 20 minutes, 40 minutes total, i just left. Unprofessional, seems that no one wants to work. All I went for was a simple oil change. Will be taking my vehicle elsewhere. Not going back there again."

"I recommend you go somewhere else if you can at all. They are extremely inefficient. Every time we’ve had to bring the car in it’s taken at least a week. Every time you call to check in they “take a message for the service advisor”, who is supposed to call you back. And they never do. All you get is excuses: “oh we’re so busy” “the technician hasn’t had a chance to check on the car” “we’ll have an answer for you by the end of the day”…"
