I asked if they had my file because ive done multiple cars there the lady said no file only paper reciept and did not offer any other solution. "I’m extremely unhappy about the service provided by the shop owner. I went in to get my front windows tinted. The first time the tint had a few scratches on both windows so he had to redo them both. After leaving I noticed that my brand new car a had a dent/cut in the leather that’s right under the drivers window. The owner denied it was them and didn’t take any responsibility. This is a brand new car with less than 100 miles!!! You can tell that they tried fixing it because that area no longer has the leather texture. Very disappointed and upset."
