"They gave me a good deal on 4 new tires and they are very nice people. However, when I asked if they had checked the pressure on the tires, they said "yes". However, the next day the tire pressure light went on and I had to check the pressure myself. At least one tire had too high a pressure!"
"Great customer service, location, and fair prices. Mike Lee, my advisor was helpful, friendly, and honest. Only thing they could've done better was the zip tie they said they were going to put on a loose skid plate under the car, only to find later that it wasn't done because they were supposedly pressed for time. Seems to me that's a quick fix, and could've been done quickly. If not for this, would've given 5 stars because of the overall experience. Mike even mentioned that we could either wait in the clean, inviting waiting room, or go to the Starbucks next door. There are other dining options within a short walk, so this is a convenient location. Would definitely recommend!"
