"Great prices, owner is a good guy but unfortunately last time I went I was left really upset by them and I will not be going back. I called the owner asking if he was available to change my tire, it was 40 minutes before closing time, he said no problem, so I went in my car with a bad tire slowly hoping to get it replaced, when I get there it’s closed, mind you it’s half an hour before closing time, I call the owner and he tells me that the guy that he got working for him had a medical emergency and left to take his wife to the hospital. I understand that, but what bothered me was the fact that he didn’t offer a solution himself, he didn’t offer to come personally and help me after giving me his word that I will be taken care of once I got there. What’s worse is that I was stranded because I couldn’t continue to ride in my car with a tire like that as I can damage my rim, and I had to ask for help to a mechanic next door to him. He wiped his hands with me, when I brought him my father, my wife, and my mother, aside from me, as costumers, after this, they lost us all."
