"Let's start off by saying that I am a long time customer of this location but due to the poor "management" I experienced today I do not think I will be going back. The "manager" on duty was extremely rude and disrespectful and did not even bother to help me with my situation, he than tried to skull an employee for helping solve my issue after spending 300$ DOLLARs on a battery.. if this is how "Managment" treat customers than the franchise needs to look depper into this location"

"Horrible store and workers they don’t know what they are doing . If you bought a battery here they don’t respect the warranty. They checked my battery when it was on after jumping it and said the battery was good when obviously it’s good when the car is on. Just go to the advance on bird and 137th ave."

"I don’t know how to start. I went to this advance Autopart today to buy Freon gas for my AC. I told the attendant that I was trying to use one Freon gas but it did not work. I thought it was because it was broken so I asked the attendant if I could try another to see if it worked. He told me that in order to know that I had to buy the freon (which cost me $42 including taxes). When I went out to try it it did not work so I went back to get a refund and this guy told me that I could not turn it back because he did not know if it was used already. There is no way it could have been used since the valve was still attached to the bottle. I went to another Advanced Autopart in Flagler and 87th Ave. and the dependent gave me my refund without any allegation. This proves the lack of customer service skills that some individuals have. People like this should not be attending a prestigious institution like this. I hope that the management will take action on this. I will add that the same day I went to buy a pair of brake pads for my car. This guy did not even take in consideration that. Very bad customer service for your company. It is a shame. Unfortunately I do not know the name of this guy. But it was today at 11 am (04/14/2023). One last thing when I was given my refund the attendant in the other store told me that the real price was $31.99. However this guy sold me the pads at $39.99 plus taxes. Unacceptable!!!"

"I've never been treated like in this place before. I went there for some light bulbs for my Subaru, and the lady there didn't know the product and aggravated called another staffer for help. In the end, they sold me the wrong product. Went to another branch to return it, of course. They are lucky cause there are no other autoparts stores nearby."
