I know my words may be a bit lengthy and I apologize in advance, but it is important to describe my experience and recognize the value of two professionals whom I had the pleasure of meeting yesterday. Upon entering the store (Advance Auto Parts. location 26859 S Dixie Hwy Homestead FL 33032) , I was aware that I could encounter objections and possibly many obstacles in resolving my issue, as it is quite common nowadays, especially in customer service. To my surprise, I found two individuals with amazing training who knew how to listen, analyze, and find a solution. My first experience was with Sebastian, who kindly explained the company policies and why he wasn't the right person to resolve my issue. He then proceeded to find Hazel, and this is where this story, which led me to write this glowing recommendation, begins. I would like to emphasize that Hazel's professionalism is unparalleled. I encountered someone who is detail-oriented, extremely focused, willing to listen, and determined to find the best solution to ensure a truly satisfied customer. Some might think the company lost out because they accepted a return, but the truth is, they gained a loyal customer who will recommend this place to all their friends and family, and this was made possible by Hazel. I am aware that the resolution of my issue was an exception and not something that will be repeated, but I truly appreciate all the support and effort Hazel put in to ensure our satisfaction. I sincerely hope that this message is read in its entirety by the corporation, and that they can recognize these two colleagues who made a difference in providing extraordinary customer service. "I walked in worried about a battery issue and maybe an alternator issue as well , TREY. Put my worries at ease he hooked up the computer to my battery and assured me and by showing me the battery was very good alternator and starter 5 stars turned out it was just the battery connectors shaped them out and sure enough that corrected the problem. TREY was very professional and very knowledgeable it's great to see a person like him part of your team.i will definitely be back and also recommend this store location."
