"Great service! Great price! On an emergency Easter weekend, our trailer wench broke at the boat ramp. Unable to trailer the boat back to Fort Lauderdale that night, we were able to leave the trailer for repair. The customer service and repair was friendly and very helpful. Price was a value. They made what could have been an awful situation very manageable."

"Around a month ago, our trailer broke down while my wife and I were traveling to a family reunion in the area from out of state. Recalling the excellent service I received years ago at this same store a few years back, I called to locate the parts I needed on my list. I spoke with a girl by the name of Rachel. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had in customer service; and why I will never be coming back or recommending this to any of my family in the area or friends who visit the keys. As I was trying to explain to Rachel what I needed, I was talked over nonstop. She rudely insinuated that I didn't know what I was talking about. When I asked if I could please speak with someone else, she asked me to hold, and then proceeded to very audibly complain about me to someone else in the office. I asked if anybody could get back to me who could actually help me locate/order the parts I needed, and I was placed on a near indefinite hold. I gave up on waiting after a considerable amount of time, hung up, and called back. When she answered again she was very short with me and seemed upset that I hadn't continued to wait on hold. I felt very disrespected, and didn't think there would be any point in trying to call back to speak with someone about the rude and dismissive treatment I received. Instead, I called another local shop that was even closer to where I was staying in Islamorada. South East was not only extremely helpful, but very courteous and respectful. Thankfully, I was able to limp my trailer to them for service. They'll take a little while to get things done. But you can't beat their customer service. I have a large amount of family and friends in the area, as I'm originally from there. I would have gladly recommended this business had their customer service been even moderately as decent as I remembered. (It certainly disappointed me based on my expectations from my previous experience, and its other glowing reviews since.) I was treated so rudely for just trying to find parts, I don't even want to know what the rest of the staff is like--and definitely wouldn't send anyone I know over there."

"These guys are awesome! I drove down to pick up a boat. 800 miles. Typical story. Immediate flat tire on trailer. The trailer shops was about to close in 5 min. I limped in. They stayed late to try to get me on the road. Realized two of my hubs were shot too. Long story short… they replaced 4 tires, new hubs, lighting wiring harness, repaired winch… got me on the road the next morning! They saved me from being broken down somewhere on the turnpike! Thank you so much Joey and team! Y’all rock! Highly recommend these guys! And yes pricing was fair and they didn’t gouge me for emergency services."

"AWESOME! The jack stand on our camper busted while setting up on our first day in the Keys. Even though our jack was not a common boat jack they had what we needed in stock and was fairly priced! The gal behind the counter went above and beyond to help us. I told her I'd vote for her for employee of the month! Well done!"

"Just wow! I can’t say how appreciative my family is with the service we received here. Long story short, a wheel on our 5th wheel was somehow sheared off about 2 miles from the shop as we were heading down to the Keys on vacation. They not only took the time to fix the camper, but they didn’t overcharge us either. It was a situation where we could have lost the entire vacation, but they saved the day!"
