"Place isn't honest my friend a Vietnam ham vet purple heart had his El Camino fixed he ordered wrong custom radiator for it so got the correct one picked car up didn't get wrong radiator lef it there he was in and out of hospital for six months went to get radiator they said they threw away was still in box they won't reimburse him for it they are wrong they ripped him off for 600 dollars wouldn't take go cart to be fixed there"

They told me to come in so they could do a look over. I gave them all the information needed and left the claim alone. They took care of literally everything. Initially I was supposed to go to 2 separate places but they got the company to allow them to do both the windshield and the hood. "There’s a reason the Key Largo Collision Center has such a high rating. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and polite. They are competitively priced. (It’s unlikely you’ll find a better deal elsewhere.) They do an outstanding job. And they do it in a relatively quick timeframe. A few weeks ago we brought in a Mercedes E350 with some dents and dings to get an estimate. Their estimate was about 35% lower than if we’d taken it to the Mercedes dealership in Cutler Bay. They were honest to a fault, acknowledging that they might not be able to do as precise a job — particularly with the paint finish — as the dealership’s repair shop. But we had a good feeling about this place. The staff seemed honest and professional. So we had them do the repairs. Within a week, they had completed the repairs at the estimated price. And boy did they do an excellent job. The car looks brand new! This is the best place in Key Largo hands down. And as an added bonus I really like supporting a local business. I highly recommend!"
