"Juan (JC) was very kind, understanding and helpful when I called in about a rattle coming from our Mercedes C250. We were traveling and staying in Islamorada. I had a Wednesday morning appointment to have it looked at elsewhere, but he said we could bring it in to him Tuesday morning. He understood we did not want the worry when moving on to Orlando Friday. My husband got the car there first thing Tuesday morning. Juan put it on the lift and found two screws that were not properly tightened from a repair prior to our leaving Maryland. After tightening them he test drove the car to ensure rattle was eliminated and he refused payment for his time and help. It means so much to us we can travel worry free and that Juan helped us when his business is clearly very busy!"

"While visiting the Keys in my sprinter based motorhome I discovered that some one had cut out parts from my exhaust system thinking it was the cat. After checking with my insurance company I made a number of calls to business on the keys looking for help. Most didn't want to be bothered.But European Motorwerks did and this was at 5 minutes before closing and EMA answered and offered great phone support. We traveled down to the Keys from NC. When we hit Orlando our battery warning light came on. I googled "Sprinter mechanic key largo" and EU motorwerk came up. I called and spoke to JC and we talked about the problem. We made it into his shop at 3:00 on Friday. He did diagnostics for us same day, ordered the parts and had us on our way on the following Monday by 5:00. We tried to give him a tip but he refused. We are so thankful we called him. He worked so hard to get our van back to us the same day because he knew how important it was to us. I want to bring my sprinter down here so he can do all the servicing from now on ;) He was honest and straight forward with no fluff. He's a super busy guy so I can understand that people thought he wasn't warm and fuzzy in their reviews. I don't even care about that.
