He came right to the parking lot and put the new one in less than an hour! "Ramon was fantastic. We were on our way back to Wisconsin from Marathon when we discovered a coolant leak 5 miles into our journey. Luckily we found his listing on the internet and limped to his address so he could check it out. He found the leak in a rusted pipe under the car and went to the store to obtain what was needed to get us going. The proper parts were not available but he was able to cut out the defective part of the pipe and clamp a temporary radiator hose in place to stop the leak and get us on our way, in less than 2 hours. This was Saturday morning NEW YEAR's EVE! Ramon and his son were lifesavers. If it hadn't been for them we would have probably ended up stranded until Monday. Ramon was great! his price was more than fair. This was a generous and courteous event that we will never forget. THANKS Ramon and son!"
