"cool idea, lots of vintage furniture and other oddities. sadly, City of Homestead is giving them the short end of the stick as they do to all business owners. they hoped to have a coffee shop (which we sorely need) and they are screwing them on permits. typical city behaviour... i've heard many horror stories from new businesses down here. i wish Etc much luck and hope the city gets their cranium out of their posterior."
