Budget Car Rental

"This is my third vehicle on my brief stay. The first one none of the navigation or dashboard worked. The second one had a strong vibration over 45 mph, grinding noises and was not detailed. The third one smells like salmon and has not been detailed. The customer service is terrible. I feel like I am inconveniencing them."

"Terrible experience renting a car here. We had an online reservation and when we showed up the car wasn’t here. Nash was working the front desk and had the personality of the backside of a donkey Another person came in to drop a car and Nash was the region just below the tail of a horse to them as well. From what I could pick up on he was upset with the not having car’s situation but that’s still not a reason to be a gluteus maximus"

"Nash is extremely unhelpful, lazy and unprofessional. When we asked the representative at the counter to add a driver to our reservation, he said he did when he didnt. Then, when our car had an issue, he said to "take it up with corporate" instead of being helpful. Avoid at all costs."

"DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I will never ever rent from this location again. I am not even sure about Budget again at this point. The guy behind the counter was rude, uncaring, and disrespectful. I went to pick up a rental car I booked about a month ago. Show up and find out the minivan I reserved wasn’t there and so I had to get a very small SUV. I asked repeatedly about the van or at least a larger SUV, but was meet with rudeness and someone who clearly didn’t care that I rented a VAN for a reason. He kept telling me how it was an “upgrade” from the van. Acting as if he is doing me a favor… Then when I kept pressing him, he gleefully told how there were 7 other people coming in that day that were not getting the vehicles they reserved also. Somehow, he thought that was going to make things better. So, he was happy to say they were screwing over at least 8 people in just that day. We had 4 adults, plus a week’s worth of luggage to haul back to the airport. It’s a good thing I didn’t have 6 or 7 people expecting the ride. It was hardly large enough for 4. We had another couple in our group with a car, that took some of our bags as they didn’t all fit in the “upgraded” small SUV. It was an awful experience all the way around."
