"A mortifying new level of low for customer service. My partner and I tried getting a cart that he could push since this helps him with walking and balance. There were none in the store and they were all in the parking lot. When he asked an employee near the front registers if they had any carts, her response was that they were in the parking lot if he wanted to go get one. I searched the aisles in the front of the store hoping I'd find one while he waited, but there were none to be found. After about10minutes a customer finally left hers for him to use after she was done loading at the door. I don't usually do negative reviews but this was such a disgusting response from an Old Time Pottery employee that I knew it was worth the post."

"Love this store! Large assortment of different items at great prices. The rugs are incredible and well priced! So many house wares and decorative items. Something for everyone! Staff and management is helpful and accommodating. I had to do a large return and they were understanding and quick to process. Definitely recommend!"

"The store has everything from housewares, Wall art, patio furniture, silk plants, everything to add to your home design needs . They have a huge floral department, pots, planters, wonderful, ornaments, and lighting too! All of these palm frond art wall hangings were made with silk plants from the floral department. They have a vast selection of colors shapes and sizes it’s my go to store."

"This was once a very cool store to browse and find interesting items of all kind for very reasonable prices. Those days are gone. A few years ago our local store was physically reduced in size by one half. It has never been the same. The store is now a convoluted, unorganized bunch of junk, much of the merchandise is actually damaged. Help is not existent in the store. THERE ARE NO CARTS and haven’t been for months. An associates reply was “they all walked away”. Boxes and boxes, literally pallets of boxes of unopened merchandise clutter the store blocking many isles. The store gives the impression that Old Time Pottery is on its way out and will likely no longer exist. There is no reason for it to unless you’re into unorganized junk."
