"Edit: Delivery has been a nightmare. We were told and texted that the bed would be here today between 9:15 and 11:15. The delivery truck came at 9:15 and we talked to them and they said they had to wait half an hour because of rain. My husband talked to the driver and I was called by a woman on the phone and told this. It stopped raining. Then the truck left. I called the same number back and no one answered. I waited until 11:15 and then called the store. Rob at the store answered and said he’d reach out to the warehouse. He said they would try to come this afteroon. He said they were making other deliveries. No one one came and no one called. We broke down our platform and brought our mattress down stairs this AM in anticipation of getting the bed today so we have no where to sleep aside from the mattress on the floor. This is inexcusable and I do not recommend. I ordered a mattress, a base, a cover, and sheet. I have received none of it. Buying experience: Joshua was did a phenomenal job of helping us find the best fit for us. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and facilitated everything perfectly."
