"The Car Clinc is a remarkable place. I went in with an engine issue and my engine light on. I explained the issue to the office manager, Ivan, and he immediately had knowledge of that issue from prior vehicles. He explained that he would do a diagnostic on the engine and car computer to make sure that the issue was what he suspected. I dropped off the car and received the call from him later in the afternoon. Ivan explained that after doing the diagnostic., what he suspected that the issue was, was in fact the issues. Ivan then sent me a detailed quoted for the repair via text for me to except the repair or deny it. He explained that car would be ready the next day in the morning. So as promised I received a call that the car was ready. The next day I picked up my car as promised without any excuses or extras cost. My car is running flawlessly. It’s my humble opinion that you can trust The Car Clinc. You will feel at home and at easy as soon as you walk in. Their office is spotless. Nowadays it’s so hard to find a place where you feel that they’re being honest with you and not charging you extra for unnecessary work . It’s very difficult to find an honest auto repair shop that has the proper equipment to diagnose vehicle issues and get to the source, and get the job done right..thank you, The Car Clinc. and of course Ivan.
