"Good afternoon, I have a family member that in many occasion past by Jiffy Lube at 12398 SW 8 St Miami to do the oil change. My family member note that an employee is smoke constantly in the worked area. It is very uncomfortable for customers to have that worse experience! I don't know how is that possible? It is worse and very unhealthy for the rest of the employee that has to work in that condition. It is out of the place totally! What are the rules and regulations in that place? I hope the manager take action about it. Thank you."
