We were provided tracking information so that we could see our chairs travel from California to Florida. We were very pleased with the in-home setup. The delivery guys are just as professional as the folks who are in the store at the point of sale. Highly recommend. We went with the Human Touch Gravis chair and are very happy."

"I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel the day I went in to look at the chairs. He took time to educate me with the functions each chair had along with quotes on each chair I was considering. Daniel called me after a week or so to see if I had any questions. I had not yet made up my mind. He also followed up via post card. I was given a gravity lounge chair from my brother in law which he purchased back 1996. (A great hand me down) The newer chairs have improved with their movements & also heat.
