"I only went with this business because of the good reviews but they have screwed me. On the 27-Aug-2023 I rec'd and email from Ana telling me that one (1) item would have a 2-3 week delay. Because I'm an international customer, I asked them to hold the entire order save on shipping. At the two week mark I hadn't rec'd an update and sent an email..NO RESPONSE. So I reached out by phone and got a WhatsApp message saying my order is now expected to ship by 6-Oct-2023. Obviously, I'm pissed and so I call to speak with a Manager and who do I get Ana. She has the audacity to tell me she told me the delay would be 6 weeks...I have in writing where it says 2-3 weeks. They are ridiculous...."
